Is NovaFlo right for my home?
NovaFlo is designed for bedside bathing when getting to a conventional shower is difficult. It may be a good fit for families supporting a loved one with limited mobility, as well as professional caregivers. Before ordering, review the model’s setup requirements and your care routine; if you are unsure, contact NovaFlo Support before purchase.
Do I need to renovate my bathroom or move someone to the shower?
No bathroom renovation is required for a bedside bathing routine. NovaFlo is designed to bring the bathing process closer to the bed, reducing the need for a trip to the bathroom. Follow the user guide for positioning, setup, and the level of assistance appropriate for the individual.
Will the bed get wet?
NovaFlo is designed to wash and collect wastewater in the same routine: clean water is delivered through the wash head while used water is drawn into the wastewater tank. Correct setup and operation matter. We recommend watching the product demo and following the user guide before first use.
Can one person use NovaFlo?
Many home-care routines are managed by one caregiver, but the right level of assistance depends on the individual’s mobility, comfort, and care needs. If the person cannot safely participate in setup or positioning, use an appropriate caregiver and follow the user guide.
Is NovaFlo a medical treatment or a substitute for professional care?
No. NovaFlo supports everyday hygiene and comfort; it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not replace a clinician-directed care plan. For questions related to a medical condition, skin concern, or specific care plan, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
What if NovaFlo is not right for me?
Please review the full policy before ordering. For hygiene and cross-contamination reasons, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
